APO Business Initiatives & Technology Implications
This one hour online course provides training for partners on the business imperatives that companies are facing today and the application platform technology implications for needed solutions. The course delves into three business imperatives detailing their focus areas, pain points, and business impact. The course then delves into the technology implications for each one of them and how the Application Platform Optimization (APO) model can be used to meet these business imperatives. The course also discusses resources that Microsoft has made available to the partner. While this course is self-sufficient, it should be considered the third course in a series of four APO University courses.

APO Deployment Phases
This one hour online course provides partners with a description of the Application Platform Deployment Phases. The course discusses the different deployment phases for the Application Optimization Model and how it maps to the IO model as well as the capabilities and products associated with each one of these deployment phase. Through this online training, users will learn how to map the APO deployment phases with the IO model and the capabilities associated with them. The course also discusses resources that Microsoft has made available to the partner. While this course is self-sufficient, it should be considered the fourth and final course in a series of four APO University courses.
